Mandated Reporter Training Account Setup

ProSolutions – Getting Started with Mandated Reporter Training

 

  • Click HERE to access the Mandated Reporter Training website.
  • Click the orange "Add to Cart" button on the right-hand side of your screen.
  • Verify that you have added Product Name: "Child Abuse and Neglect: Mandated Reporting Requirements for Employees, Volunteers, and Contractors of Georgia Public Schools" to your cart.
  • Click the blue "Purchase Now" button on the left-hand side of your screen.
  • If you already have a ProSolutions account, enter your account information and click the blue "Sign In to My Account" button, otherwise, select your state from the dropdown menu on the left-hand side of the screen and complete the information boxes that will populate your screen.
  • You should now be on the Order Summary tab.  Click the blue "Complete Order" button under the Payment Summary section on the right-hand side of the screen.
  • You should now see an Order Confirmation number listed on your screen, and should also have the ability to click a blue "Continue" button to begin taking the course.  Upon completing your registration, you will also receive an email confirmation.
 

You can come back to your course later by logging into your ProSolutions account and clicking on the “My Courses” tab at the top of the screen.  Courses expire one year after purchase.
