February 1, 2023 is World Read Aloud Day! ????
We will be Reading Aloud in memory of Mrs. Deal. Many of you may remember that Mrs. Deal, former First Lady of Georgia, was an advocate for public education and she was also a language arts teacher. Unfortunately, Mrs. Deal passed away in 2022.
To honor Mrs. Deal, the family is asking that we join together and "read a book" to students in her honor on February 1, 2023, her birthday.
