2027 Open Enrollment Information

• Elect coverage
• Change to any Plan Option and/or vendor for which you are eligible
• Enroll eligible dependents
• Drop covered dependents
• Decrease/increase coverage tier
• Discontinue coverage

SHBP (Health Insurance) – Your current coverage will roll over to 2027 if no changes are made.  If you need to make changes for coverage effective 1/1/2027, you must do so during Open Enrollment.

American Fidelity (Flexible Benefits) – You will need to self-enroll or schedule an appointment with a representative to confirm current elections or make changes.

Open Enrollment includes two separate enrollments:

• State Health Benefit Plan (Health/Medical Only)
• American Fidelity (Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, Accident, Cancer, Hospital, Health Care and Dependent Care Flex Spending Accounts, etc.)
